Windows were transparent glass panes in use on houses[1] throughoutthe galaxy. They were generally covered over bycurtains—or, alternatively, shutters—when the house's inhabitants did not want others looking inside their homes,[2] or when it was nighttime.[3] Some windows were cleaned byCLE-004 window cleaning droids.[1]
There were trillions of windows onCoruscant,[4] most of which were composed ofclari-crystalline orglass rather than more durabletransparisteel, and thus, breakage was common.[1] Thebounty huntersBossk andZuckuss leapt from a third-storycasino window after a failed attempt to acquire thebounty onNil Posondum.[5]
