Teeth (singulartooth) were a common anatomical structure found at theentry point to the digestive systems of numerousspecies throughoutthe galaxy.
Manynon-sentient animals, such asvornskrs, had razor-sharp teeth,[2] and some sentients, such asGrand MoffBertroff Hissa, aNear-Human, had similar teeth.[3] TheGungan species had large, blunt teeth which enabled them to crack open edibleshellfish.[4] Other species, particularlypachydermoids, featured large teeth known as tusks. TheEodons in particular were renowned for their tusks.[5]
They were often cleaned using atoothbrush[6] or anultrasound cleaner[7] as well as occasionally with a toothpick.[8]
GovernorWilek Nereus ofBakura was an avid collector of teeth, having collected them from numerous specimens, includingHumans.[9]Mynock teeth were an extremely rare commodity.[10]
