Thesnowspeeder was a type ofT-47 airspeeder manufactured byIncom Corporation and modified by theRebel Alliance.[1] When theGalactic Empire attackedEcho Base, snowspeeders saw use during theBattle ofHoth, where the T-47s attempted to take down the Empire'sAll Terrain Armored Transports with theirtow cables.[3]
