Shettora was aHutt who was acrime lord^[1] in0 ABY.^[2] By thatyear, Shettora controlled acriminal faction that operated out of theCore Worlds'planet Brentaal IV, in which a fellow Hutt by the name ofPuullo served as alieutenant. Shettora's organization controlled theblack market on Brentaal IV, and sold decent goods at only slightly marked up prices.^[1]

Shettora was first mentioned in1998'sThe Far Orbit Project, byTimothy S. O'Brien. The book was a supplement toWest End Games'Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game and was a sequel of sorts to the previous publicationPirates & Privateers, carrying on that book's theme by following theFar Orbit's adventures. The book did not specify which gender personality Shettora had.^[1]
