Service droids, alsofactotum,diner droid,refreshment droid,servant droid,waiter droid orwaitdroid, were any type ofdroid designed to perform as awaiter, abutler, or to provide any other type of general service. Bartender models were commonly seen incantinas acrossthe galaxy. They were known to be smartly programmed to memorize multiple orders with out having to write the order down or forget. They were even programmed to tell the difference between apoisonous drink and a normal drink.

They were employed in eateries onTaris during theMandalorian Wars. They were used at the banquet held by theJediMasters of Taris before thePadawan Massacre.^[1]
