Mount Pasvaal was a hollow[2]mountain located on therivermoonAl'doleem in theMid Rim. AJedi monastery was located on the summit of the mountain,[1] while the interior of the mountain itself was a labyrinth of tunnels, chambers, and temples. For thousands of years, theJedi Order used Mount Pasvaal as a storehouse for artifacts, including countlessholocrons.[2] With the rise of theGalactic Empire, Pasvaal was emptied of artifacts and converted into a high-security military installation. Code-namedPasvaal, the Empire exposed a side of the mountain's interior, and converted several chambers into large hangars which loomed overAm'balaar City.[3]
