TheDel Rey edition of theMillennium Falcon Owner's Workshop Manual was first announced onJuly 14,2011, with an originally scheduled publication date for the United States ofFebruary 7,2012.[3] The Haynes edition was reprinted in 2015 (after the Legends continuity had been declared non-canon) but still only reflected Legends information.
According to authorRyder Windham, theMillennium Falcon Owner's Workshop Manual is designed to be read as anin-universe work.[4]
