How This Works[]

The vast majority of web links and citation templates used in Wookieepedia articles are used on more than one page. If the same citation template exists on 16 pages, there's no point in adding it manually to 16 pages yourself, when a bot can do 15 of them. This is why a centralized backup link repository exists.

Anyone may add to this list, but please read the instructions carefully.

EcksBot will do regular runs of adding backup links. When EcksBot finishes one such run, this list will be emptied and moved to thearchive. (Older archives:1,2,3,4)

Instructions[]

• Entries here are listed in the format:{{citation template without backup link}} {{citation template with backup link}}
  That's it, nothing more. One space between the entries, and a linebreak at the end.The linebreak is important: It's not obvious in the editor because it wraps long lines, but it's visible in the saved version.
• You don't need to worry about alphabetical ordering.
• You don't need to worry about possible duplicates, even if you're providing a different backup link. What's important is that the link you're providing actually works.
• Make sure the backup link actually works. Especially StarWars.com seems to hate IA recently. If you can't get a working backup link via IA, usehttps://archive.is.
