In0 BBY, thebounty hunter,Spurch "Warhog" Goa docked hiscruiser, theNova Viper, here while searching for work from the planet's criminal kingpin,Jabba Desilijic Tiure.[2]
Later, in0 ABY, thesmugglerPlatt Okeefe used thisdocking bay for her starship, thePok's Demise on a layover on Tatooine. She was forced to flee the bay in her ship when chased by bounty hunters.[3]
It was also the place where thePulsar Skate was berthed whileCorran Horn,Mirax Terrik andGavin Darklighter visitedHuff Darklighter to buy arms and armor forRogue Squadron, during theBacta War. At that time, Docking Bay 86 was owned by a relative of Gavin's.[4]

Galaxy Guide 7: Mos Eisley lists Docking Bay 86 as being one of the docking bays owned byChachi andOhwun De Maal. Later in the same book it lists the docking bay as being the property of absentee ownerTrepler Darklighter.[1]
