D.M. Skecher was an individual who lived during thetime of theGalactic Civil War. It was said thatThe Hilltop structure onTatooine looked similar to his work.[1]

In theMMORPGStar Wars Galaxies, players can complete a collection called "Panoramic Vistas." In this collection, players were given a clue as to how to find a place called "The Hilltop," stating that it looked similar to the work of D.M. Skecher.[1]
The name D.M. Skecher is probably a tongue-in-cheek reference to the real lifeM.C. Escher.
