TheCoruscant Security Special Investigation Panel was a panel of officials in theCoruscant Security Force, which operated on[1] theplanet[2]Coruscant during theCold War between theGalactic Republic and thereconstituted Sith Empire. They investigated incidents wherelaw enforcement personnel, includingJedi, useddeadly force and they would then decide if it had been legal to use such force or not. If the person was a criminal with abounty and was terminated legally, the Special Investigation Panel would award the person who had terminated the criminal with the promised bounty.[1]
