In theGalactic Empire, it was the title used by the first assistant ofMoffs andsgovernors. Until0 ABY,Vilim Disra was the Chief Administrator ofShelsha sector, under GovernorBarshnis Choard.^[1] Additionally, Chief Administrator was the title ofMaw Installation's research facilities head, whichTol Sivron served as until his death and the destruction of the facility in11 ABY.^[2]

The leader of theplanet244Core held the title "Chief Administrator," and individuals were elected to the position by the world'sCorporate Committee.^[3]
