C-3PO, R2-D2 and BB-8 are on a special mission to the desert planet of Tatooine for the Resistance, but between befriending banthas and cheering on pod races, (sic)BB-8 and R2-D2 are having a hard time focusing. What's a droid to do but have some fun in the sun? It's a good thing everyone's favorite protocol droid is on hand to keep the mission on track. But one thing is for certain, C-3PO does not like sand!
Plot summary[]
Sometime after theEscape from Jakku,C-3PO,R2-D2, andBB-8 arrived onTatooine. The protocol droid voices his reservations, and states they should scan the planet and return to theResistance. They meet aronto, and then move on. The astromech droids go in one direction while C-3PO is speaking about the mission, but he is startled by a rumbling. The droids then spot a podrace.
BB-8 then goes off by himself, but races back to them to avoidJawas. R2 then shocks one of them. The astromech droids play in the sand while 3PO insists they need to continue with their mission. After abantha charges by, they return to the ship.
