Alzoc III, also known asAlzoc, was a frozenplanet located in theSujimis sector ofthe galaxy'sOuter Rim Territories that was thehomeworld of theTalzspecies. The world was taken over by theGalactic Empire due to its exploitablemineral wealth. ThepilotPraz Fateer was described as being the fastest on Alzoc III by a barker aboard theFrander's Bayspace station. TheMandalorianbounty hunterDin Djarin was involved in a job on Alzoc III at some point before9 ABY.
Description[]
Alzoc III,[4] also simply known as Alzoc,[1] was a terrestrial[4] frozenplanet, though it was not inhospitable.[5] The world was located in theSujimis sector[3] ofthe galaxy'sOuter Rim Territories, situated at the coordinates P-19[1] on theStandard Galactic Grid.[6] It was rich inmineral wealth.[5]
History[]

During theHigh Republic Era, themercenaryTy Yorrick took ajob on Alzoc III where she worked alongside amember of theHoopaloospecies. The Hoopaloo betrayed her during the course of the mission, stealing half of her arsenal of equipment. Not wanting to undertake what she saw as a waste of time and effort, Yorrick accepted the loss and did not attempt to track him down.[8] At some point following therescue on theTranquility during theClone Wars,JediAayla Secura andLuminara Unduliengaged theSith assassinAsajj Ventress on Alzoc III, where they incapacitated Ventress and left her trapped in an ice cave by causing a cave in.[9]
During theImperial Era, theGalactic Empire discovered Alzoc III's mineral wealth, and took over the world in order to exploit it.[5] TheRebel Alliance heroesLando Calrissian andHan Solo overheard the barker's claims while searching for a pilot on the station, and Solo was unimpressed by Fateer's title.[4] At some point prior to9 ABY,[10] theMandalorianbounty hunterDin Djarin undertook ajob on Alzoc III withXi'an. When Djarin rejoined Xi'an as part of ateam ofmercenaries for amission, Xi'an brought up the job to the other members of the group. Djarin stated he had done what he needed to do, and Xi'an claimed that he had enjoyed doing it.[7]
Inhabitants[]
Alzoc III was thehomeworld of theTalzsentientspecies.[5] According to a barker present on theFrander's Bayspace station[4] in7 ABY,[11]Praz Fateer was the fastestpilot on Alzoc III.[4]

Alzoc III was first mentioned in the newStar Warscanon on amap in the articleWhere in the Galaxy Are the Worlds ofStar Wars: The Force Awakens?, published onStarWars.com onJanuary 29,2016.[12] It was later identified as Alzoc III in thesecond issue ofDe Agostini'sStar Wars Helmet Collection magazine series, published in2016.[5]
In theStar Wars Legends continuity,Alzoc III was first mentioned inGalaxy Guide 4: Alien Races, a supplement toStar Wars: The Roleplaying Game written byTroy Denning and published byWest End Games in1989.[13]
