During the year,[1] tensions between theGalactic Republic and theTogrutaspecies spawned in the aftermath of theRepublic-Togruta conflict existed.[8] Around that same year,[2]Marda Ro—theEvereni[6] founder of a group ofpirates who would eventually become theNihil[9]—began[6] her[9]search for others of her species by visiting theplanetDantooine, where she ended up recruiting theTwi'lekFori Nagor into her group of marauders.[6]
