Trebla, amaleJinda, was amagician and a member of theTravelling Jindastroupe that wandered across theForest Moon ofEndor in theyear3 ABY. Originallyfarmers who lived in the domain of themoon'sRock Wizard, Trebla and his kin wereforced into a nomadic lifestyle after the Wizard lost atooth and blamed the Jindas for his consequent pain. They traveled across Endor and performed for various audiences, all the while on the run from the Wizard'scurse, which caused large rocks to attack them if they remained sedentary for too long atime. Trebla wowed crowds by apparentlylevitating his assistants, who were in fact pulled into the air byropes and harnesses.
Circa 3.5 ABY, Trebla and the rest of the Travelling Jindas performed for theEwoks ofBright Tree Village, and a young Ewok stowaway namedLatara afterward became the magician's assistant. Trebla helped rescue her when she was kidnapped by atribe ofDuloks, and not long after she returned to hervillage, the Rock Wizard's curse caught up to the Jindas when large floating rocks pursued them after they relaxed near awaterfall for severaldays. A chance encounter with Latara and another rescue, that time from a group ofSkandits, brought Trebla and his troupe back to Bright Tree Village, where the Rock Wizard confronted them and learned the true source of his pain.
