Raid Battles in Pokémon Trading Card Game

The Raid Battles in the Pokémon Trading Card Game are a new feature that can be played at home by printing out cards from the Official Site, or at your local Pokémon League or local game store and is a new way to play the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

To play, you need to set up your game board and have up to 4 players participate. Each player has two Pokémon: One Active and one on the bench to use and the Raid Boss strength is decided based on how strong the strongest Pokémon are. Each takes turns in attacking the Raid Boss and then the Raid Boss attacks with specific Raid Boss cards. These attacks are strong and the Pokémon can deal multiple attacks.

If a player is knocked out, they can use a Cheer Skill to help the other players. If four Pokémon are knocked out during the battle, then the Raid Boss wins but if you defeat the Raid Boss first, then you win.
