This command performs a full reset of the connection's server-side context,mimicking the effect of disconnecting and reconnecting again.

When the command is called from a regular client connection, it does thefollowing:

• Discards the currentMULTI transaction block, if one exists.
• Unwatches all keysWATCHed by the connection.
• DisablesCLIENT TRACKING, if in use.
• Sets the connection toREADWRITE mode.
• Cancels the connection'sASKING mode, if previously set.
• SetsCLIENT REPLY toON.
• Sets the protocol version to RESP2.
• SELECTs database 0.
• ExitsMONITOR mode, when applicable.
• Aborts Pub/Sub's subscription state (SUBSCRIBE andPSUBSCRIBE), whenappropriate.
• Deauthenticates the connection, requiring a callAUTH to reauthenticate whenauthentication is enabled.
• Turns offNO-EVICT mode.
• Turns offNO-TOUCH mode.
