A. Membership Fees andRefunds Policy
Subscriber's subscription to the service will be automatically renewed asstated below upon expiration of the initial term, unless SITE is notified viaour online Customer Service Area atsupport.puba.com. The 2,5, or 7 daytrial membership renews at the monthly rate if the subscriber has not cancelled24 hours prior to the expiration date. Trial memberships have limited access tothe movies sections. Monthly membership renews at the monthly rate if thesubscriber has not cancelled 72 hours prior to expiration. Membership fees tothe SITE are prominently displayed prior to your subscription thereto. Youagree to pay all membership fees when due according to these billing terms. Atthe time of registration, you must select a payment method. SITE reserves theright to contract with a third party to process all payments. Such third partymay impose additional terms and conditions governing payment processing. Yourcard issuer agreement may contain additional terms with respect to your rightsand liabilities as a card holder. You agree to pay all amounts due to usimmediately upon cancellation or termination of your account. We reserve theright to make changes to our fees and billing methods, including the additionof supplemental charges for any content or services provided by the SITE, withor without prior notice to you, at any time. THIS SITE USES AN AUTOMATIC REBILLCYCLE ACCORDING TO THE USER'S SELECTED PAYMENT OPTION.
In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, an administrative fee of up to $2.00 may be applied in order to keep your subscription active until the full subscription fee can be processed successfully.
B. Billing Errors
If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify usimmediately of such error. If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) daysafter such billing error first appears on any account statement, such fee willbe deemed acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiriesmade by your credit card issuer. You release us from all liabilities and claimsof loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us withinthirty (30) days of its publication.
C. Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time by visitingsupport.puba.com. You hereby agree to be personallyliable for any and all charges incurred by you until termination of membershipfor goods or services through your use of the SITE. This Agreement's provisionsshall survive its termination, unless otherwise stated. Upon our processing ofyour request to cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to thenon-public areas of the SITE to which you were a member. Without limiting otherremedies, the SITE may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend,indefinitely suspend, or terminate your access and use of the SITE and refuseto provide our services to you at any time, with or without advance notice, if:(a) SITE believes that you have breached any material term of these Terms andConditions or the documents it incorporates by reference, (b) you fail to payany amount due by the payment due date; (c) we are unable to verify or authenticateany information you provide to us; (d) we believe that your actions may causelegal liability for you, our users or us; or (e) SITE decides to ceaseoperations or to otherwise discontinue any of the SITE or parts thereof.Further, you agree that neither SITE nor any third party acting on our behalfshall be liable to you for any termination of your membership or access to theSITE. You agree that if your account is terminated by SITE, you will notattempt to re-register as a member without prior written consent from SITE.
