Even as relations between theSoviet Union and theWest were deteriorating, theformer Allies still had to work together to reshape Europe. At theParis Peace Treaties they laid down terms to thecountries that had sided with Germany in theWar in Europe: Italy, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Finland.
