Welcome to the website of Old High St Stephen’s Church: the oldest congregation in Inverness, the capital city of the Highlands of Scotland.

Sunday Services are held in St Stephen’s Church, on the corner ofOld Edinburgh Road and Southside Road, IV2 4XA, with services usually starting at10.30am. Services are broadcast live onYouTube and will be available to watch afterwards.

We are a friendly congregation ofthe Church of Scotland, Scotland’s National Church. Everyone is welcome here!

We have a fine musical tradition, with a fine church choir, and a very successful Community Choir. 

We have a great tradition of caring, both for needy members of our congregation and community, and for people around the world. We support Highland Food Bank. We are aFairtrade Church and supportChristian Aid and other overseas aid and mission organisations.

Our present locum minister is Rev James Bissett who serves us on a part-time basis.
