The Nobel Prize outreach organisations
About
Over the years, the Nobel Prize’s organisational structure has developed and expanded, and today a variety of networks and institutions have been tasked with inspiring and spreading knowledge about the Nobel Prize through various public activities, exhibitions, meetings, events and digital publishing.
Through these externally financed entities we disseminate information about the Nobel Prize and engage and inspire people around the world through the stories of the Nobel Prize laureates. The entities include: Nobel Prize Outreach and the Nobel Prize Museum in Stockholm, as well as the Nobel Peace Center Foundation in Oslo.
These organisations are all externally funded, for example through entrance fees, contributions from governmental or local authorities, educational organisations, philanthropic organisations, or through partnerships with companies. These companies have no influence over, or access to, the nomination or selection procedures of the Nobel Prizes.
