Wellington Hoads Board,
NOTICE.
CAST AND CABBIAGE ACT 1876.
AT a meeting of the Wellington Boads
Board held on the 29th ult. it was re-
solved that all Carts and Carriage Licenses
which by the Act 40th. Vic. No. 5. Sec. 6.
are made payable to " the Road Board of
each District" will he collected by this
Board as usual.
Owners of Carts and Carriages are there-
fore required to apply to the Secretary of the
Board at Bunbury for Licenses under the
said Act on or betöre the 1st March next.
The provisions of the 14th Section of the
said Act will be strictly enfored after the
above date, viz.
"Every Cart licensed under this Act
" shall have legibly painted on the front or
" off side of auch cart the name of the
"person licensed to use the same.
" the name of the licensing body from which
" the license has been obtained.and
" the sumber of such license."

Guildford, or Perth, and, if required, place
them on board of any vessel at Fremantle ;

from the ships' side in Gages Roads or
Owen's Anchorage, and delivered at Perth
and Guildford.
