eer, Rlngarooma and Iiegerwood.

have lost good players through retirement and clearances to
ether Clubs, i .,--..
Derby will be led by last
year's coach, L. Crowden, but
will be without the services of
j J. Mathews - (transferred to
, Scottsdale) , Don Bishop (to
Cornwall), and Rex Turner who
1 has retired.
Winnafeah are expected, to
field a very strong side, and
will again be led by Darrell
Crosswell.
Ringarooma this year will be
coached by ex-Scottsdale and
Mainland star, Bob Chitty, from
whom Ringarooma expect big
things.
Pioneer, Legerwood and
Branxholm will be fielding
mainly last years teams. It is
understood Branxholm will be
without the services of two
stars in Harold Webb (transfer
red to Fingal) and Trevor Tut
hill (retired), but have qu|te a
few promising younger players
to call upon.
Umpires for the season will
be obtained from the N.T. F.
Umpires' Association.
The football followers in the
North East are again looking
forward to witnessing the an
nual match, Scottsdale v. Norh
Eastern Football Union combin
ed team, and possibly a match
between combined teams of the
Union and the FingaJ Associ
ation.
