Coleman's team are now within sight of the play-offs

Coventry City boss Chris Coleman has been named the Championship's manager of the month for February.

City won three of their four league matches last month.

Coleman took the award ahead of Bristol City's Gary Johnson, Doncaster's Sean O’Driscoll and Watford manager Brendan Rodgers, who were also shortlisted.

Crewe's Gudjon Thordarson was named League One's manager of the month and in League Two, the award went to Morecambe manager Sammy McIlroy.
