투명한 재정은 정부의 능력 향상에 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 정부 역량이 재정투명도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석하였다. 연구모형은 선행연구검토를 통해재정투명도를 종속변수로 한 후 다중회귀분석을 설정하여 실증 분석하였다. 분석 표본은2013년부터 2017년까지 상하이 재경 대학교에서 발표한 중국 재정투명성 보고서에서수집하였다. 상하이 재경대학교에서 발표한 중국 재정투명성 보고는 중국 32개 성급 행정기관의 정부재정투명도, 정부의 일반 공공예산지출 투명도, 국유기업, 민간기업의 정보 투명도, 사회 보장기금 투명도 등으로 구성되어 있다. 정부의 행정적 역량은 독립변수로 다중회귀분석모형을 설정하여 실증 분석하였다. 정부의 행정적 역량 데이터는 중국국가통계국이 발표한 국가통계연감에서 추출하였다. 중국 재정정보 중심으로 정부 역량이 재정투명도에 대해 어떠한 영향을 미치는지분석한 결과 총인구는 정부 재정투명도에 대해 유의수준 5%에서 유의한 정(+)의 영향을미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 경제가 발달한 지역과 정부의 재정투명도는 유의적인 관계가 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 분석결과는 향후 중국이 재정공개와 재정투명화에대해 더 적극적으로 대처할 필요가 있음을 시사한다 (xsd:string)

정부 역량이 재정투명도에 미치는 영향
