Thisrogue alchemist was awizard who wore a purple cloak with a goatee, that operated inGreat Britain during the late20th century.[1]
Biography[]
At one point, he began scamming other wizards by alleging to be analchemist that had cracked the code ofpanacea; a remedy that was supposed tocure any ailment. Rather than doing what it was supposed to, however, all hisfake panacea did was give several patients boils.[1]
He was tracked down byAlastor Moody,Jacob's sibling andNymphadora Tonks during the1990–1991 school year.[1]
