TheQuidditch Changing Rooms, or simplyChanging Rooms, were located at theHogwarts Quidditch pitch, where members of the differentHouseQuidditch teams would change before aninter-HouseQuidditch match or a training session, and would return to at the end. These rooms were often where theCaptain of the team would give pep talks to their teammates before heading out to the pitch.[1]

History[]

During the1985–1986 school year,Rubeus Hagrid informedJacob's sibling that thecursed ice was spreading inHogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and that theRavenclaw Quidditch team was trapped in the Changing Rooms.[2] The news travelled fast as later in theGreat Hall, afourth-year asked about the incident.[2] Jacob's sibling later discoveredAndre Egwu had been one of the members trapped.[3]

During the1986–1987 school year,Luisa was attacked by aBoggart in the Changing Rooms, and was sent to theHospital Wing.[4]

During the1995–1996 school year,Angelina Johnson briefed theGryffindor Quidditch team aboutGraham Montague's choice of replacements forPeregrine Derrick andLucian Bole in the Changing Rooms.[5]

During the1996–1997 school year,Hermione Granger confrontedHarry Potter about slippingRonald WeasleyFelix Felicis in the Changing Rooms after theGryffindor and Slytherin match.[6]
