Poisoning Department

ThePoisoning Department was a section ofSt Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, dedicated to dealing withpoisons.^[1] It was most likely located on the building's third floor, which dealt with venoms and plant poisoning.^[2]

While visitingXenophilius Lovegood on30 December1997 and being offeredFreshwater Plimpy soup,Ronald Weasley retorted under his breath that people probably requested the recipe to show this department.^[1]
