- It might be representingArgus Filch'soffice in the films, due to its location adjacent to theEntrance Hall.
- The Pepperpot was slightly modified for the last film, due to the expansion of theViaduct Courtyard. It was also moved to corner of theGreat Hall, standing in front of the side-door.
