Little is known of this man's life; he was born into either apure-blood orhalf-blood family[2] sometime in or before1980.[1]
Career[]
Sometime in or before1997, he was employed by theBritish Ministry of Magic. Sometime that year,Ronald Weasley (disguised asReginald Cattermole) overheard the wizard talking about theTaboo that had been placed onVoldemort's name.[3] Hence, it is possible that he was close to Voldemort or theDeath Eaters, given that otherwise he'd likely be too scared to speak of the curse on the former's name.
