Thisboy was awizard and student atHogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry during the1990s. He and aboy fromHufflepuff blamedHarry Potter for being chosen as champion in theTriwizard Tournament in the1994–1995 school year.[2]
He noted that Harry was not yet even seventeen, which had been designated as the minimum allowed age for any student who wished to enter the tournament.[2]
