- She translatedsherbet lemon intokrembo, a popular Israelimarshmallow treat with a chocolate coating, which does not contain any lemon ingredient. The reason for the change given by the translator was that crembo is the corresponding dessert for children in Israel.[citation needed]
- At the Jerusalem International Book Fair in 2007, a large crowd gathered to hear them talk about the translation process, with fans bending their elbows for autographs and photos. She told reporters: "It's ridiculous, it's something that never happens to translators. The attention I got is that I'm translating Harry Potter. It's Harry, not me."[citation needed]
