During the1990–1991 school year, theHealer,Dark wizard and "R" agentEustace Burkebroke intoGringotts Wizarding Bank.[2]

History[]

Burke, wearing a cap, attempted to break into thevault ofElric Parpidum,[1] in order to stealChinese Fireball claws fora special potion.[2]Alastor Moody assignedJacob's sibling,Nymphadora Tonks andMerula Snyde to investigate the crime scene and take witness statements from those present, as part of theirAurorwork experience. During their interview ofGriphook, he refused to divulge the contents of the vault, citing client confidentiality.[1] Burke was laterapprehended by Moody and Jacob's sibling at theRomanian Dragon Sanctuary.[2]
