Current Behavior

It can't.

Possible Solution

Add thelibmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra package to the image.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. php -i | grep "supported formats" | grep SVG
2. See non-empty output.

Context

I'm using this image as a base for my CI pipelines with GitLab CI and my code uses ImageMagick to read an SVG image.
