We are unable to use SBM in a client environment since it does not adhere to the settings.xml. We found that, this issue fixed as part of this :#986 but only under the version/revamp branch. We are unable to build this branch, there are a bunch of build issues. Code out of the main branch builds fine but it does not contain the fix for settings.xml.
