SPM
Statistical Parametric Mapping refers to the construction and assessment of spatially extended statistical processes used to test hypotheses about functional imaging data. These ideas have been instantiated in a free and open source software that is calledSPM.
TheSPM software package has been designed for the analysis of brain imaging data sequences. The sequences can be a series of images from different cohorts, or time-series from the same subject. The current release is designed for the analysis of fMRI, PET, SPECT, EEG and MEG.
The development of the SPM software takes place in thespm repository. This is the place to interact with theSPM development team, report issues andopen pull requests.
Previous releases of the software are available in dedicated repositories:
If you encounter a bug with SPM, please let us know by opening anissue with a description of the problem you are facing, reproduction steps, and any logs you might have. This is also the place to request a new feature. If you prefer to contact us directly, you can do so by email atfil.spm@ucl.ac.uk.
To propose a change in one of the repositories, please open apull request (PR). The development of SPM takes placein this repository so this is likely to be the right place to open a new PR. If this is your first ever, don't worry, you just need tocreate a GitHub account and follow the instructions fromGitHub or"First Contributions".
