Okay, there, that log actually looks complete. Good. Looks likeGuardTheArea.dll crashed right on startup, but that shouldn't be related.

That said, for testing I would recommend removingall scripts from your scripts folder except forSinglePlayerGarage.dll and re-test to confirm that the problem continues to occur. Does it happen even if the only script you have installed isSinglePlayerGarage.dll?

@nomakewan Yeah, I have tried installing only SinglePlayerGarage, but the problem persists.

It seems no one has a solution to this problem. I just tried again with a clean installation of GTA5 and only installed SinglePlayerGarage.dll, and the problem still exists...

Correct, the problem is a combination of an ancient, long-unsupported SHVDN2 script and some sort of underlying code change in SHVDN between 3.6.0 and 3.7.0.
