In Search and Rescue identifying a lost person quickly can mean the difference between life or death. Drones can enable the quick searching of an area compared to people on foot. The challenge is identifying a person in a challenging environment i.e. tree canopy, high dynamic range (bright canopy, dark shadows), and small pixel size (drones flown at 100ft-400ft). Usually an item of clothing that stands out against the natural colors can help spotting something. Is this possible to automate using Yolov9?
