I would like to use this action for a repository to have automatic release drafts created. The thing is, that the repository does not use Pull requests, but issues to track fixes, enhancements and alike, meaning that the action would need to work with issues, including them if they are closed and labelled accordingly... Is this possible?
If not, can it be considered, or are there alternative ways to have automatic release drafts made from closed issues?
