I can't confirm that this is caused by this plugin, but this is the only comment related plugin I have, and I haveset nowrap in my .vimrc -- Normal lines aren't wrapped, just comments.

Basically, if I type a comment to the edge of the screen, it's wrapped to a new line. I couldn't find anything about this in the README, but I'd like to disable it if possible.
