Changes to be done :
Elaborate your README file there is a README template for it. You can find it up.
Add all your images used in "Images" folder
The .py file should be as "fingers_counter.py" and "hand_tracking.py"
Add appropriate comments in code to get good understanding of the project.
Also add libraries used in this project in "requirements.txt" file.
