fix segfault in pg15

due to 9dc718bdf2b1a574481a45624d42b674332e2903"Pass down "logically unchanged index" hint."there were access to uninitialized estate->es_range_table.But since we really doesn't do update but always insert,passing "update" hint as "true" were mistake (I think).
