A Particl RFP is a document intended to solicit proposals for a task such as the development of a community resource (ie: website), or creation of content pieces not specifically identified in ParticlOpportunities.

This process was heavily influenced by the Bitcoin Improvement Proposal (BIP)process and Decred Change Proposal (DCP) although it has been modified to fit the needs of Particl.
