Hi

I am lost ... I tried to find online information about building opencv-python with gstreamer support, but I failed.
I set the cmake args with_gstreamer to ON, but at the end cv2.getBuildInformation() always give me that gstreamer is not supported.

Could some god of you take few minutes to explain me how to build successfully opencv python with support to gstreamer on win10 ?
