These are the currentBIAPs - niBabel increased awesomeness proposals.

• BIAP3 - a JSON nifti header extension;
• BIAP4 - merge of nibabel and dcmstack;
• BIAP5 - a streamlines converter;
• BIAP6 - identifying time and other axes in images;
• BIAP7 - loading multiple images;
• BIAP8 - loading image data as floating point.

These are retired BIAPS:

• BIAP1 - towards partially immutable images;
• BIAP2 - slice by slice read of large images.
