Thegettabvar() is not consistent with the one in Vim?#36890

I have a line in vimgettabvar(0, 'TabTitle'), which can correctly return the value oft:TabTitle.

That's not the case in nvim -gettabvar(0, 'TabTitle') returned an empty string. To make it work, one has to usegettabvar(tabpagenr(), 'TabTitle').

Not a big deal, but is it intended?
