This release "re-releases" the project to PyPI under its new namemicropython-esp32-ulp.

There are no functional changes in this release, but references to the project name in source files and documentation have been updated to the new project name.

Update 2025-05-02: added sdist from pypi to here.

This is considered "production ready" and now also available as package micropython-py-esp32-ulp on pypi.org.
