change strlen to seq->name.l#291

As seen on twitter :https://twitter.com/nilshomer/status/1283413286684258305 . Unless I'm wrong ( seq->name.l is outdated ?) changing:

 int t = strlen(p->name);

int t = seq->name.l

should be faster.

change strlen to seq->name.l
