Datetime format configuration#1498

Currently, the (wonderful :-) Kafbat UI shows dates of message timestamps in US format mm/dd/yyyy. Much as this is familiar to people in the US and a few other countries, it can be a source of confusion in the rest of the word. Please support configuring a datetime format, something along the lines of: |

You're absolutely right, my bad! The OS was set to the UK English locale, but the browser had its own locale that was set to the US (default?) locale. Nonetheless, I think it would still make sense to support configurability of the timestamp format to achieve a uniform appearance regardless of different users' browser settings. |
