Currently, the (wonderful :-) Kafbat UI shows dates of message timestamps in US format mm/dd/yyyy. Much as this is familiar to people in the US and a few other countries, it can be a source of confusion in the rest of the word. Please support configuring a datetime format, something along the lines of:

services:  kafka-ui:    image: ghcr.io/kafbat/kafka-ui:latest    environment:      - KAFKA_UI_DATETIME_FORMAT=yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ

It doesn't. It's based on your browser locale.

You're absolutely right, my bad! The OS was set to the UK English locale, but the browser had its own locale that was set to the US (default?) locale.

Nonetheless, I think it would still make sense to support configurability of the timestamp format to achieve a uniform appearance regardless of different users' browser settings.
